We provide the support and assistance in handling specialty medications for your patients so you can provide higher level of care for your patients. Our team assists your staff in regards to prior authorizations as well as to educate and monitor patients for compliance. We make efforts in handling allowed insurance calls and paperwork thereby providing increased patient engagement for the prescriber. We believe this will help both the pharmacy and the prescriber to improve patient outcomes.

Prior Authorization And Funding Assistance

LifeLine specialty pharmacy keeps a track of all the prior authorizations submitted to insurance companies. We do understand managing patients; complying with rules and regulations is a tedious process so we coordinate those efforts in authorizations as much as we can thereby streamlining the whole process so the prescriber can better engage with their patients. At LifeLine specialty pharmacy we have processes in place that will allow us to perform prior authorizations as quickly as possible, with minimal impact on you and your patients.

We work with several foundations and manufacturers to help patients enroll in the correct program so that the qualifying patients can get assistance in taking their medications. We try to make this whole process as seamless as possible so patient is not confused with the complicated process. Our team engages with the patient in completing the paperwork and filling out proper forms.

Electronic Prescribing

LifeLine specialty’s pharmacy software integrates with almost all the e-prescription software programs. Our pharmacy does accept electronic prescriptions both for new as well as renewal prescriptions. Prescribers can send prescriptions electronically or by completing preformatted prescription forms.

Compliance Reporting
